We value your trust and strive to provide the best training experience. Please carefully review the terms of our refund policy outlined below.

Training Programs:
The complete training fees will be reimbursed if students are unable to access the training content due to technical issues caused by the Learning Leaders Academy operations team.
Refunds for the pre-registration amount are not available under any circumstances. Once registration is finalized, the training slot is locked.

Transfer of Slots:

Students have the flexibility to transfer their slots to a future training session in any upcoming month of their choice.
Alternatively, students can transfer their slots to another individual interested in participating in the training program. The replacement participant must cover any outstanding amount for the slot. No additional fees will be charged for this transfer.
